|Wojciech Kucewicz is working at the Department of Electronics of AGH- University of Science and Technology. He is a specialist in silicon detectors of ionizing radiation and has participated in its development since the moment when they first appeared in applications for physics experiments at colliders. In the 80s and 90s he participated in the pioneering work related to the construction of silicon vertex detector at CERN in Switzerland. Since 2000 he also is involved in the development of measurement systems based on Silicon Photomultipliers. He spent many years working at foreign universities: Milan University -Italy, Strasbourg University – France, University of Illinois at Chicago, – USA, Karlsruhe University – Germany, Insubria University at Como – Italy, and Ferrara University – Italy. |Nuclear Instruments Nuclear Instruments (NI) is a company operating in the nuclear and particle physics field, supporting research laboratories, governmental institutions and companies.
